An application (inward No.01/24) for extension of the interim bail application has been filed by the petitioner.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after availing the interim bail for a period of twenty days, the petitioner has not been surrendered before the concerned Jail.
In view of above submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor and carefully gone through the material available on record. No case for grant of extension of interim bail is made out. Hence, the present application (Inward No.01/24) is hereby dismissed.
The learned trial Court is directed to issue arrest warrant against the petitioner for securing the presence of the petitioner.
