submits that co-accused Akash Kumar S/o Inshwar Chand, Ravi Kumar S/o Prahlad, Inderjeet @ Inder S/o Ramchandra, Bunty S/o Ramesh Kumar and Abhishek @ Abhi S/o Rajendra Kumar have already been enlarged by this Court vide orders dated 1.8.2024 & 23.8.2024 and the case of the present applicants are not distinguishable. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that main accused are Ravi Indora and Sunny Naik. He further submits that the applicants are behind the bars and trial may take long time to conclude thus, they deserve to be enlarged on bail.
