The instant criminal misc. application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time for filing representation before the concerned Investigating Officer & Superintendent of Police in pursuance of the order dated 04.10.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.5643/2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some personal reasons of the petitioner, he could not file the representation before the concerned Investigating Officer & Superintendent of Police, as directed by this Court, therefore, some more time may be granted to him to comply with the order dated 04.10.2023.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is hereby allowed.
