Instant Criminal Misc. application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking correction in cause title of writ petition as also in the order dated 08.04.2024 passed by this Court.

Heard counsel for applicant.

Counsel for applicant submits that in the cause title of writ petition, the name of petitioner-Adaitya Kumar Mishr has wrongly been typed. He submits that on account of such inadvertent error in the cause title, the said error occurred in the order dated

08.04.2024 also. Counsel for applicant prayed that amended cause title filed along with the application be taken on record and the name of petitioner “Adaitya Kumar Mishr” be corrected in the order dated 08.04.2024 as “Advait Kumar Mishra”.

Having heard counsel for applicant, this court finds that the corrections sought by counsel for petitioner is clerical and typographical mistakes.

Hence, in view of above, the amended cause title, enclosed with the application, is taken on record and it is ordered that in the order dated 08.04.2024 the name of petitioner “Adaitya Kumar Mishr” as mentioned hereinabove is corrected as “Advait Kumar Mishra”.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 08.04.2024.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
