The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking correction in the order dated 06.12.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.4008/2023.
It is stated by counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error in the order dated 06.12.2023, in para Nos.2 & 10, Police Station Kotwali Tonk, District Tonk has been typed instead of Police Station Kotwali Kota, District Kota City. He prays that order dated 06.12.2023 may kindly be modified/corrected accordingly.
I have heard and perused the material available on record.
The prayer so made is justified.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the order dated 06.12.2023, in para Nos.2 & 10, the words "FIR No.211/2012 Police Station Kotwali Tonk, District Tonk” be replaced with and read as "FIR No.211/2012 Police Station Kotwali Kota, District Kota City”.
This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 06.12.2023.
The application is, accordingly, allowed.
