Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a very poor person and he assures that the petitioner will comply with the order dated 27.05.2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Petition No.632/2019 and will deposit 15% of the cheque amount as cost before Rajasthan State Legal Service Authority, Jodhpur within a period of ten days from today, therefore, it is prayed that some time may be granted.
In view of the prayer made by the counsel for petitioner, the petitioner is directed to comply with the order dated 27.05.2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Petition No.632/2019 and also deposit 15% of the cheque amount before the Rajasthan State Legal Service Authority, Jodhpur within a period of ten days’ from today.
