The matter comes upon an application for recalling the order dated 23.11.2023, whereby, this Court directed the petitioner to cure the defects within two weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to unawareness of the order dated 23.11.2023, defects could not be removed.
Accordingly, application for recalling the order is allowed. S.B. Criminal Revision Petition is directed to be restored to its original number.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to cure the defects within a week, failing which, the criminal revision petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to the Bench.
