Heard learned learned counsel for the appellant and perused the judgment impugned.
This Court is of the opinion that there are valid and substantial grounds for grant of leave to the appellant for filing the appeal against the acquittal of the respondent vide impugned judgment.
Accordingly, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as an appeal and it be registered as such.
Admit. Record of the case has already been received.
Issue bailable warrant of Rs.20,000/- against the respondent No.2 Ashok Kumar Motvani S/o Late Shri Harilal Motvani, for securing his presence before this Court within a period of eight weeks.
