Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the judgment impugned.
This Court is of the opinion that there are valid and substantial grounds for grant of leave to the appellant for filing the appeal against the acquittal of the sole respondent vide impugned judgment.
Accordingly, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as the appeal and it be registered as such.
The criminal appeal is admitted.
Issue bailable warrant to the sum of Rs.20,000/- be issued against sole respondent – Piyush Jain, returnable by 20.08.2024.
