justification to interfere in a well reasoned order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The main consideration of the bail was that as per the FSL report, the comparison of the signature of the petitioner was not possible with the alleged forged signature. In this view of the matter, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.
