Learned counsel submits that the present criminal appeal along with suspension of sentence application of the appellantBajrang Singh has been filed by him by mistake in as much as the earlier S.B. Criminal Appeal No.442/2024 has already been submitted on behalf of another counsel Sri Kuldeep Yadav.
Counsel submits that under these circumstances he wants to withdraw the instant criminal appeal so also the application filed with the same seeking suspension of sentence.
In view of the aforesaid the present criminal appeal along with the application seeking suspension of sentence filed on behalf of the accused-appellant Bajrang Singh stands dismissed as withdrawn.
