Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 25.04.2024, received from the concerned Police Station informing that the accused-appellant has expired. Along with the report, a copy of letter issued by the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Owara, Panchayat Samiti Lasadiya, District Uaipur verifying the death of the accused-appellant is also annexed. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of above, nothing survives in the present criminal appeal and the same is hereby dismissed as abated.
Application for suspension of sentence is also dismissed.
