Vide order dated 20.10.2023, last opportunity was granted to learned counsel for removing the defects as pointed out by the office, failing which the present appeal be listed before the Court for dismissal.
As per office report, the defects have not been removed by learned counsel as yet.
Accordingly, the present civil restoration application is dismissed.
