This application is filed for restoring the appeal. The appeal was dismissed as the appellant failed to remove the defects inspite of number of opportunities granted.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall remove the defects within four weeks from today.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is
allowed and the appeal is restored to its original position.
