Appeal has been filed by the appellants-claimants against the judgment and award dated 03.09.2019 passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bikaner, in Claim Case No.72/2014 (448/2008) whereby learned Tribunal has awarded a compensation of Rs.5,33,277/-in favour of the appellants-claimants.
