for dismissal of the writ petition, he submits that the issue of extending appointment against the unfilled vacancies was pending consideration with the State Government as it reflected from the dated 15.02.2021 passed by this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.18144/2015: Teekam Chand Yadav versus State of Rajasthan & Ors. involving same controversy, i.e, appointment against the unfilled 94 vacancies. He submits that the petitioner stands at parity with Shri Teekam Chand Yadav whose writ petition was allowed by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2021. Learned counsel submits that the SB Civil Writ Petition No.7702/2021 filed by Shri Virendra Singh claiming appointment against the unfilled 94 vacancies in pursuance of the advertisement dated 18.05.2012, has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2023 relying upon the judgment in case of Teekam Chand Yadav (supra). He, therefore, prays that the review petition be allowed, the order dated 13.09.2019 be recalled and the writ petition be restored to its original number.
