For the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration and upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, the application for restoration is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 1000/-.

Rs. 1,000/- is to be deposited with Litigation Welfare Funds Scheme.

The writ petition will be restored to its original number upon deposition of the aforesaid cost.
