Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a restoration application against the order dated 25.01.2023. He has submitted that the defects/deficiencies, as pointed out by the said order,

have been duly cured. However, even if some deficiencies remain, the same would be cured within three days.
With the above said undertaking, the present writ restoration application is allowed subject to curing of all defects.
