The matter comes up on an application for correction/modification of the order passed by this Court on 29.05.2023 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6950/2023.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that inadvertently, names of the petitioner Nos.4, 7, 17, 29 & 30 were wrongly mentioned by him in the array of the petitioners and, therefore, prays that particulars of those petitioners may kindly be ordered to be corrected in the order dated 29.05.2023.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Amended cause-title filed is taken on record.
In the order dated 29.05.2023, the particulars of the petitioner Nos. 4, 7, 17, 29 & 30 be now read as under :-
7. Janardan Acharya S/o. Shri Uma Kant Acharya, aged about 64 years, R/o. 1-N 59, R.C. Vyas Colony, Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
17. Dharampal Singh Ashiwal S/o. Shri Bhola Ram, aged about 53 years, R/o. 24, 25, Mansarowar Colony, Kalwar Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
29. Parveen Chand Jain, S/o. Shri Bhanwar Lal Jain, aged about 74 years, R/o. B-33-A, Shakti Nagar, Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
30. Rakesh Chaturvedi, S/o. Shri Bala Prasad Chaturvedi, Aged about 66 years, R/o. B-384, Hari Marg, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.”
