1. This writ contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that the respondents have not complied with the directions given by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2022 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3044/2022 (Sachin Goyal & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) .

This Court vide order dated 25.02.2022 disposed of the above referred writ petition directing the respondents to consider the representations filed by the petitioners in the light of directions given by this Court at Jaipur Bench vide order dated 30.01.2019 passed in Jagdish Prasad Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10819/2018) . 3. Learned AAG has submitted that the PLPC has decided the representation filed by the petitioners vide order dated 24.11.2023.
4. In view of the fact that since PLPC has decided the representation filed by the petitioners pursuant to the order dated 25.02.2022 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3044/2022 (Sachin Goyal & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) , we are of the view that substantial compliance of the order dated 25.02.2022 has been done, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition.
5. Hence, this contempt petition is disposed of.
6. Notices are discharged.
7. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision of the PLPC, they are free to avail appropriate remedy available to them under the law to challenge the said decision.
