This writ contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondents have not complied with the directions given by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2021 passed in D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No.223/2020 (Barkat Khan & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).

Mr. Sunil Beniwal, learned AAG appearing on behalf of respondents has submitted the compliance/progress report dated 04.03.2022, wherein it is averred that the respondents have complied with all three major directions given by this Court in its order dated 29.06.2021.

Copies of the orders dated 20.12.2021, 28.12.2021 and 12.01.2022 passed by the District Collector as well as the Sub

Divisional Officer, Pokharan are placed on record as annexure C- 1 to C-5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner was granted time on 18.10.2022, 15.12.2022 and 16.01.2023 to file response on behalf of the petitioner in relation to the compliance/progress report filed by Mr. Beniwal, learned AAG.

Till date no response has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and though, the matter was called twice today but none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Having gone through the directions given by this Court in its order dated 29.06.2021 and the compliance/progress report dated 04.03.2022 filed by Mr. Beniwal, we are of the view that the directions given by this Court in its order dated 29.06.2021 have substantially been complied with, hence, no interference in this writ contempt petition is called for and the same is hereby dismissed.
