Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the Kendriya Vidhyalya Sangthan has sent a communication dated 04.10.2023, wherein it is specifically mentioned that the respondents have decided to comply with the order passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14158/2019 decided on 22.10.2021.
After perusal of the said communication dated 04.10.2023, we are of the opinion that substantial compliance of the order dated 22.10.2021 passed by this Court has been made.
Hence, this contempt petition is disposed of.
