1. This contempt petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner alleging that the respondents have not complied with the directions given by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2021 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13599/2020 (Hardat Singh Gill & Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.) .
2. This Court vide order dated 22.01.2021 while disposing of DBCWP No.13599/2020 granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the Public Land Protection Cell (PLPC) of District Hanumangarh and directed the PLPC to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Learned AAG has submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner before the PLPC has already been considered and decided by PLPC vide order dated 08.12.2023.
4. In view of the above, we are of the opinion that the order dated 22.01.2021 passed by this Court in passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13599/2020 (Hardat Singh Gill & Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.) has substantially been complied with, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition and the same is hereby disposed of.
5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy available to him under the law if he is aggrieved by the order passed by the PLPC.
6. Notices are discharged.
