The petitioner has filed this application for temporary suspension of sentence on the ground that as marriage of his cousin brother is going to be solemnized on 25.01.2023, therefore, his sentence may be suspended temporarily for a period of 15 days.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report prepared by the SHO, Police Station Ratangarh, District Churu, wherein it is mentioned that the petitioner has a big family as there are four brothers of petitioner’s father. Though, the police has confirmed that marriage of petitioner’s cousin brother is going to be solemnized on 25.01.2023, however, as there are many other members in family of the petitioner, we are not inclined to suspend his sentence temporarily.
