The instant application is preferred on behalf of the appellant-applicant with a prayer for temporary suspension of sentence on account of death of his younger brother.

Learned Public Prosecutor has verified the factum of death of appellant’s younger brother.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this application for temporary suspension of sentence is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence awarded to the appellant-applicant Jitendra Singh @ Janendra Singh @ Janna S/o Prem Singh by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Sardarshahar, Distt. Churu shall remain temporarily suspended for a period of fifteen days from the date of his actual release, subject to the condition that he shall furnish a personal bond to the tune of
