Learned AAG Shri Manish Vyas candidly concedes that the issues involved in this intra court appeal have been adjudicated and have been decided in favour of the employees by Division Bench of this court in a bunch of writ petitions led by D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1025/2020 (Shyam Lal Tailor Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 05.03.2022.
In view of the fact that the controversy is no longer res integra, the impugned order dated 06.05.2022 passed by the learned Single Bench of this court is affirmed and without recording separate reasons, the instant intra court appeal is dismissed in light of the judgment dated 05.03.2022 passed in Shyam Lal Tailor's case.
