This intra court appeal is directed against ad interim order dated 17.05.2022. Learned AAG Shri Vyas submits that other identical writ petitions have been rejected by learned Single Bench and thus, he may be permitted to withdraw this special appeal and make a request to the learned Single Bench for early disposal of the writ petition. He further points out that against dismissal of the writ petition, one of the candidates Bhajan Lal Vishnoi filed D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.854/2022 which too has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 11.10.2022.
