The instant intra court appeal is filed on behalf of the appellant – University being aggrieved with the order dated 26.04.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7205/2022 - Samridh Trivedi Vs. Jai Narayan Vyas University & Anr. along with other connected writ petitions.
A similar challenge was made by the appellant – University to the judgment dated 26.04.2023 in DB Special Appeal (Writ) No.640/2023 - Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur & Anr. Vs. Rajendra Kumar and this Court vide order dated 02.11.2023 has dismissed the said appeal.
Hence, the instant special appeal is also dismissed in terms of the order dated 02.11.2023 passed in DB Special Appeal (Writ) No.640/2023 - Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur & Anr. Vs. Rajendra Kumar.
