1. This special appeal writ has been filed on behalf of the appellants against the order dated 16.03.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6481/2019 (Gurcharan Singh & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) , whereby the application for impleading as party respondents filed on behalf of one Ranjeet Singh has been allowed.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the appellants and after perusing the material available on record, we don’t find any illegality in the order impugned.
3. Hence, this special appeal is dismissed.
