1. Learned GA-cum-AAG has furnished the factual report, wherein it is mentioned that the police traced out the corpus and recorded her statements, wherein she has stated that though she lived with the petitioner for quite some time at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) but now she wants to live with her husband only.
2. Today, the corpus is present in person before this Court. We
have interacted with her and she has specifically stated that at

present she is living with her husband and she is not in illegal detention of anybody. She has also stated that she does not want to go with the petitioner.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this habeas corpus petition.
4. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
