Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the application for registration is pending consideration with the respondent No.4 for a long time, therefore, he will be satisfied if the respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' application at the earliest.

The submission made by the counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondent No.4 and he assures this Court that the pending application of the petitioners will be disposed of at the earliest.
