Petitioner who is present in person before the Court submits that he has filed the present writ petition for alteration in the revenue record in compliance of the order dated 07.11.2012, passed by the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer (in short ‘SDO’), Roopwas, District Bharatpur. He further submits that the Tehsildar, Roopwas, District Bharatpur is neither complying with the order

dated 07.11.2012, passed by the SDO, Roopwas, District Bharatpur nor making alteration in the revenue record.
Mr. Akshay Sharma, AGC appearing for the respondent-State submits that the respondents have already complied with the order dated 07.11.2012 passed by the SDO, Roopwas, District Bharatpur and necessary corrections have already been made in the revenue record. He submits that no material or any application has been placed on record by the petitioner to show that he has approached the Tehsildar, Roopwas for alteration in the revenue record as directed by the SDO, Roopwas, District Bharatpur vide order dated 07.11.2012. A person is required to submit the application to the concerned authority who has to make the compliance of the order of a Court.
Since no material including any application has been placed on record by the petitioner to show that he has approached the Tehsildar, Roopwas, District Bharatpur, after the order dated 07.11.2012 passed by the SDO, Roopwas, Bharatpur.
This Court is not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioner at this stage.
Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Tehsildar, Roopwas, District Bharatpur with an appropriate application for compliance of the order dated 07.11.2012 passed by the SDO, Roopwas, District Bharatpur and also for alteration in the revenue court as ordered therein.
