Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed for the following

relief:

“1. The respondent Rajasthan Para Medical Council may kindly be directed to immediately issue the Registration certificate to the petitioner and

¶20

2. The respondent no.1 & 2 may kindly be directed to appoint the petitioner on the post of Lab Technician in pursuance of the advertisement dated 31.05.2023 (Annexure-1), if she finds her place in the merit list, from the date when the less meritorious candidate is being appointed, with all consequential benefits.

3. In alternative, the condition prescribing the requirement of registration with the Rajasthan Para

Medical Council may be waived off as like other recruitment processes conducted at Center level and in other States where such condition is not demanded”.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application for registration of the petitioner is pending consideration with the respondents for last more than four months. However, the same has not been decided. He, therefore, prays that the respondent No.4 may be directed to decide the same within a period of four days from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submits that the pending application of the petitioner for registration shall be decided by the respondent at the earliest.

In view of the submissions made before this court, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the pending application of the petitioner for registration within a period of four days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
