Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy raised in the instant writ petition has been set at rest by this Court vide order dated 12.5.2023 passed in DB Civil Writ Petition No.6454/2023 (Vikram Kumar Vs. High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur), whereby the writ petition filed by similarly situated person has been dismissed.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed in terms of Vikram Kumar’s case (supra).
