Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, has prayed that he may be permitted to file a representation in the facts of the present matter and the same may considered by the respondents upon following the principles of natural of justice.

However, learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the same.

Upon hearing the respective sides, this court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if the petitioner files a representation qua his grievance within a period of ten days from the receipt of the copy of this order before the respondent. The same be considered by the respondents by following the principles of natural justice, within a period of 30 days in accordance of law.

In light of the above, present writ petition is disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
