Under this system disputes are normal judicial process. Under this system disputes are settled with the assistance of third party, where proceedings are simple and concluded by and large, in the manner agreed to by the parties. So, precisely saying, ADR aims at provide justice and not only resolves disputes but also harmonize the relation of the parties. At one point of time Abraham Lincon said:
“ Discourage litigation, persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the normal winner is often a real looser—in fees, expenses, and time .”
