Though learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as in all these petitions common cause of action is made a basis to file joint petition, taking into consideration the order dated 17.05.2023 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7585/2023, Harish Nagar & Others Versus State of Rajasthan & Others and earlier order of Division Bench of this Court in the case of Chandmal Naurat Mal & Others Versus State of Rajasthan & Another, AIR 1968 Rajasthan 20 , we are not inclined to allow the petitioners to pursue their petitions jointly.

Therefore, these petitions are disposed off with liberty to file separate petition.
