Counsel appearing for the petitioners instead of arguing the matter on merits made a limited prayer that the trial Court may be directed to conclude the suit proceedings expeditiously.
Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the suit is pending since 2014 and now same is at the stage of plaintiff’s evidence only.
Taking into consideration the period of pendency of the suit, this Court deems just and proper to dispose the writ petition with the direction to the Additional District Judge No.1, Alwar to conclude the suit proceedings of Suit No.37/2014 expeditiously.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
Since, the main petition has been disposed of, the other pending application/s, if any, stand/s disposed of.
