Admittedly, the temporary injunction application filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending before the Revenue Appellate Authority, Sikar.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to exercise the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of.

However, the Revenue Appellate Authority, Sikar is directed to decide the temporary injunction application filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of two months.
