Mr. Siya Ram Choudhary, petitioner is present in person and states that he is already one of the petitioners in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2154/2023 as petitioner No.14 and he has already been permitted to submit online/offline application form for the post of Assistant Radiographer pursuant to the advertisement dated 15.12.2022.
Therefore, in view of the above, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his grievances in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2154/2023.
