Learned counsel for the petitioner after having attempted to argue the matter at some length submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition assailing validity of the suspension order.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
