Instant writ petitions have been filed by petitioners, seeking reliefs: (I) to allow to appear in examination of Teacher Gr. III Level I, instead of Teacher Gr. III Level II, and (II) to permit to change the subject for the post of Teacher Gr. III Level II, pursuant to advertisement dated 16.12.2022.

Counsel admit that few of the petitioners were not allowed to appear in the examination as prayed and few others have failed in the examination, hence the prayer made in the writ petitions has rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous, as agreed by counsel for petitioners.

Stay applications and any other pending application, if any, stand disposed of.
