Mr. Shreyansh Mardia, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is squarely covered by the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court in the case of Jay Balaji Shikshan and Seva Sansthan Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2305/2023) decided on 01.03.2023.
As regards the case in hand, the only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the present petition is to

inspect the petitioner-Institute and pass appropriate orders for granting permission to establish Nursing College for GNM (N) course, while keeping into consideration the Annex.3.
In view of the limited prayer, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondents to inspect the petitioner-Institute after the requisite formalities are completed by the petitioner-Institute and pass appropriate order, while keeping into consideration the Annex.3, preferably within a period of three months from today strictly in accordance with law.
Ordered accordingly.
Stay petition also stands disposed of.
