Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.08.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Udaipur and order dated 19.01.2023 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the respondents have made the due compliance and all the amount due to the petitioner except for the

interest has been duly paid by the respondents, and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
