Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if their representation is considered and decided by the respondents, while keeping into consideration the order passed by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla in Narender Singh Naik Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. (CWP (T) 14.09.2010) decided on 14.09.2010.

In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration the order passed in the case of Narender Singh Naik (Supra) , strictly in accordance with law.
