Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Revenue Suit No.106/2018 (102/1997) titled as “LRs of Nand Ram Vs. Shri Phool Singh & Ors.”, which is pending since last 26 years, but is not being decided. He further submits that the delay is causing immense agony to the present petitioners, and therefore, looking into the extreme delay, an order of expeditious disposal be passed.

On such limited submission, the present petition is disposed of while directing the learned Assistant Collector cum Sub Division Officer (Revenue), Suratgarh, District Sriganganagar to decide the Revenue Suit No.106/2018 (102/1997) titled as “LRs of Nand Ram Vs. Shri Phool Singh & Ors.” pending before it expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. All pending applications stand disposed of.
