In the meanwhile, if the petitioner submits a demand draft of Rs.60,000/- before the learned trial court within a period of 30 days from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the present petitioner for recovery of the maintenance amount in question.
The demand draft so submitted shall be released in favour of the respondent - wife.
It is however, made clear that if the petitioner does not submit the demand draft of Rs.60,000/before the learned trial court within a period of 30 days from today, the present interim order granted by this Court shall automatically stand vacated and

the stay petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
If such amount is paid, the learned trial court shall give one last opportunity to the petitioner to file his written submission."
