The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with
following prayer:-
“In view of above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners most humbly pray that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to accept this writ petition and be further pleased to direct the

Sub Divisional Officer, Etawa, District Kota to decide the Suit No.94/22 expeditiously and within six months.
Any other order or direction may be issued in the facts and circumstances of the case as your Lordships may deem just and proper.”
By way of filing this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the Sub Divisional Officer to decide the pending suit expeditiously.
The contents of the writ petition indicate that a suit has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 88, 89, 188 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 in the Court of Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer is expected to hear and decide the pending suit expeditiously, as early as possible, strictly in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the respective parties.
The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
