In pursuance to orders of this Court dated 16/03/2023 and 20/04/2023, Joint Secretary, UDH, is present in Court.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the relief so prayed for in the writ petition has been granted to the petitioner by the respondents. In this regard, reliance is placed on letter no. 2901-02/2023 dated 31.05.2023, a copy of which was also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The letter dated 31.05.2023 is taken on record.
On perusal of the letter dated 31.05.2023, it is noted that the respondents have issued a demand note of Rs. 47,643/- for the allotment of land in favour of petitioner.
