It has been submitted that all these writ petitions have arisen in respect of notification dated 16.11.2022 advertised by the State Health and Family Welfare Department, Rajasthan Jaipur notifying vacancies for the post of Nursing Officer/Pharmacist.

During the course of writ petitions, the State Government vide order dated 19.04.2023 has cancelled/withdrawn the notification dated 16.11.2022, therefore, it has been submitted by learned Additional Advocate General that all writ petitions have rendered infructuous.

On behalf of petitioners, cancellation of notification dated 16.11.2022 by the State has not been disputed, however they submit that petitioners be given liberty to raise their grievances against the fresh advertisement for such posts, if need so arise.

In view of above, all these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous due to cancellation/withdrawal of notification dated 16.11.2022. It is needless to observe that on issuance of fresh notification, fresh cause of action arise, therefore, it would be open for petitioners to raise grievances, if any, against the fresh notification by the State Government, for such post.
